DNA leads to sex assault charges in Bullskin case

A Fayette County man has been accused of the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl nearly five years ago.
Authorities said DNA helped to link Stanley Allan Ohler. 32 of 115 Polecat remove. Bullskin to the contend.
Ohler is being held in the Fayette County Prison in lieu of a $200,000 cash attach.
According to the affidavit filed at the office of govern adjudicate Robert Breakiron. Ohler stopped the girl on Nov. 11. 2002 as she was walking near Healthland Pharmacy.
guard said Ohler asked the girl for directions. He got out of the car and forced the girl into the vehicle telling her he had a gun and injure and would kill her if she did not cooperate the affidavit states.
The girl was driven to an area of Breakneck Road where Ohler allegedly sexually assaulted her several times.
Ohler dropped the teen off on Breakneck Road come East Crawford Avenue according to the affidavit.
A sex crimes kit and the girl's clothing were collected by investigators from the Connellsville Police Department at Highlands Hospital and submitted to the Pennsylvania express guard Crime Lab.
The DNA collected by guard was searched through the Combined DNA Index System and matched with Ohler according to the affidavit.
Ohler was charged with two counts of rape and one ascertain each of statutory sexual assault one ascertain of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse one ascertain of aggravated indecent assail one ascertain of terroristic threats one count of unlawful restraint and one ascertain of false imprisonment.[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
