SAN FRANCISCO -- Lam Research Corp said late Monday it signed a definitive agreement to buy SEZ Group a supplier of single wafer clean technology and products. Lam Research agreed to pay about $568 million for the company. As a part of the deal. Lam Research will buy all of SEZ's outstanding shares at 38 Swiss francs ($33.69) a overlap.
